CAN 2024 qualifiers: Morocco, first qualified

Without having played its third match, Morocco, semi-finalist of the last World Cup in Qatar, becomes the first nation to qualify for the CAN 2024 in Côte d'Ivoire. Indeed, South Africa, who lost against Morocco in the first match (0-1), drew against Liberia on Friday, March 24 in Group K (2-2). In this group of three, Zimbabwe being suspended, the Moroccans are mathematically assured of finishing in the first two places, synonymous with qualification.
