A 46-year-old defendant from Kyoto City, who was arrested and indicted for voyeurizing the skirts of more than 100 women, sold the videos he took 14 years ago on the Internet, and hurt the woman's reputation. I learned from interviews with investigators that he was sent to the prosecutor's office on suspicion of defamation.

The defendant is believed to have waited for the three-year statute of limitations for voyeurism to pass before selling the video, but the police filed a case for defamation.

Masaki Mori (46), an unemployed defendant in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City, said that he voyeurized the skirts of 110 women at commercial facilities in Kyoto and Osaka from February to October last year. has been indicted for violating the Nuisance Prevention Ordinance.

According to the police, there is no law that directly regulates the act of selling voyeur videos, and while defendant Mori kept videos until the statute of limitations for voyeurism expired for three years, he sold past videos that had already passed the statute of limitations. It is believed to have sold more than 150 million yen.

According to investigative sources, the police accused the defendant of 14 years ago to secretly film a woman at a commercial facility in Osaka Prefecture, and sold the video online until last year. It is said that a follow-up prosecution was carried out on the 9th due to suspicion.

The video showed a woman's face and included a false introduction, so the police filed a case for defamation.

Investigators say the defendant has admitted to the allegations.
