According to new revelations from our colleagues from "Paris Match" this Thursday, March 9, 2023, Muriel Robin wrote a heartbreaking letter to her friend Pierre Palmade, three days after the terrible car accident he caused under the influence of the cocaine.

The comedian, devastated, read this letter to him at his bedside, hammering that the drama was "his fault".

She hasn't been back to see him since...

For years she considered Pierre Palmade as her "spiritual son", the one with whom she laughed and whom she wanted to protect.

But today, Muriel Robin no longer has the heart to laugh … The comedian is collapsed, devastated since the serious road accident caused almost a month ago by his friend, who was then under the influence of cocaine.

Muriel Robin devastated

Muriel Robin, on the evening of the accident, had run to the bedside of Pierre Palmade, at the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital.

She then ignored what had happened and even feared for the life of her friend, in intensive care.

"It's like a second mother for him. His reaction as a mother is to go there, she finds herself in this hospital hall without even knowing if he is responsible", said Benjamin Locoge, the editor in chief of

The impossible forgiveness

Muriel Robin did not return to see him in his hospital room.

The comedian was obviously touched when she learned that her friend had suffered a stroke on February 25, 2023, when he was to be remanded in custody.

"She is terribly angry with him for having broken the life of a family, for having taken the wheel while he was under the influence of drugs", confides a relative to Paris Match before adding: "She is disgusted, disappointed and unhappy", and unable to "forgive" Pierre Palmade.

Criticized for her silence, singled out for having "abandoned" her friend, Muriel Robin, who chose to remain silent out of respect for the victims of the accident, left with his wife Anne Le Nen for the South of France, “far from the noise, from the infernal wave of information”, underlines

Paris Match.

A way to recharge and mourn a friendship that she thought was indestructible...
