Recently, with the rising temperature, strawberries grown in greenhouses all over Ningxia have come to market in large quantities.
Although the benefits of strawberry planting are high, the planting process is also full of difficulties. Norbert did not answer this question directly. Instead, he tasted the freshly picked strawberries and looked for a geothermometer to measure the soil temperature. After asking Zhao Yajun about the daily temperature control standards and the types of pollinator bees used, specific recommendations are given.
Norbert said that the temperature control of the greenhouse can be done more accurately, and the minimum temperature at night should be kept above 7 degrees. Plant pollination efficiency.

Norbert suggested that farmers could consider introducing natural enemies of red spider mite to replace the use of pesticides, so that the strawberries grown in this way will be more green and organic.
The language barrier did not hinder the circulation of knowledge and technology. Everyone wrote down the suggestions given by Norbert through translation and waited for them to be implemented in the greenhouse in the future.
The strawberry greenhouses in Longhui Village on the side are somewhat different from ordinary greenhouses.
The strawberries here are not directly planted in the underground soil, but are planted on multi-layer elevated cultivation facilities.
This is a newly introduced cultivation technique, and the local plantation is not very proficient in its application, and the growth of strawberries has entered a bottleneck.
After entering the greenhouse, Norbert carefully observed the strawberry cultivation in the facility and suggested that the root of the strawberry is currently planted too deep, and the place where the root is submerged in the soil should be raised by a few centimeters, which is more conducive to the growth of strawberries.
"In addition, we must pay attention to the air circulation inside the greenhouse and increase the circulation to ensure a suitable environment for plant growth. Everyone should also remember to ensure that the greenhouse has sufficient light." Norbert's suggestion is right for many strawberry growers in his arms.
"Ningxia's strawberry planting technology has matured, but in many cases, farmers do not know the specific application form of the planting technology. If the technology needed in the greenhouse can be truly implemented and promoted, the strawberry production here can still increase by 70% % to 80% improvement," he said.
