[Explanation] On March 4, a helicopter departed from the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University to Shuangliao City, which is more than 180 kilometers away from Changchun City.

There, a patient suffering from acute myocardial infarction was waiting for rescue.

In about 40 minutes, the patient was taken to Changchun for treatment.

In order to improve emergency medical rescue capabilities in emergencies, during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the country plans to build about 20 national emergency medical rescue bases as the core structure of China's emergency medical rescue system at this stage.

The Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital of Jilin University will build the only national emergency medical rescue base in Jilin Province in 2022.

The China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University took the lead in realizing the normalized helicopter aviation emergency medical rescue mode in Northeast China, breaking time and geographical restrictions, gaining more treatment time for critically ill patients, and striving to create a "golden life channel in the air".

On that day, it was the first day-to-day normalized transfer task completed by the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University.

Our patient is a patient with acute myocardial infarction in Shuangliao City, but he is in a critical stage and is not suitable for long-distance land transfer, so we are coordinating with the Aviation Medical Alliance of the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base of China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University Under the mechanism, we received relevant transfer requests, so we activated the emergency response mechanism in time and sent a plane to pick up the patient.

[Explanation] According to reports, the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base of China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University has an estimated investment of nearly 600 million yuan, with a construction area of more than 30,000 square meters. It has a 5G+ emergency command center, a batch wounded treatment center, a three-dimensional rescue and transfer center, Infectious disease treatment and emergency response center, emergency medical rescue center for sudden poisoning incidents, emergency medical rescue center for nuclear radiation incidents and other ten centers.

There is also an international standard apron on the roof for rescue helicopters to take off and land.

In February this year, the National Emergency Medical Rescue Base Jilin Province Aeromedical Rescue Specialty Alliance was established in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University. 53 public medical institutions in Jilin Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region joined the alliance to systematically build a golden 60-minute medical rescue life circle .

We have our unified coordination mechanism.

Among the 53 medical consortiums, each medical consortium has an emergency liaison officer for air rescue.

Injury assessment in the early stage of transshipment, including various procedures, after the approval procedures are completed, we activated the emergency response mechanism for the entire flight.

[Explanation] Wang Zongqiang introduced that the helicopter is equipped with the most advanced rescue equipment such as ventilator, defibrillator, suction device and syringe pump, so the helicopter is equivalent to an "airborne ICU".

Patients with acute myocardial infarction, severe trauma, and severe cerebral hemorrhage are more suitable for transport by helicopter.

If the medical institutions in the province are allowed by their medical conditions but not allowed by their medical technology, we can send the top experts from the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University to the hospital within the shortest possible time. Participate in the treatment of patients locally.

In this way, it is equivalent to saving half of the rescue time of the patient.
