Next Sunday, March 5, TF1 will broadcast a long portrait of Florent Pagny in the program "Seven to eight".

Audrey Crespo-Mara spoke three times with the singer to tell him about his fight against his lung cancer, and his reconstruction.

"It will give a lot of hope to those who will hear it", assures the journalist, questioned by our colleagues from "Puremédias".

Fans of Florent Pagny will be there in front of their television on Sunday March 5.

That day, TF1 will indeed broadcast a long portrait of their idol in the show

Seven to eight,

as reported by our colleagues from

Puremédias.

Audrey Crespo-Mara gave a lot of time to the singer, who fought against lung cancer.

The portrait, usually ten minutes, will exceptionally last 30 minutes, and was made in three interviews between the singer and the journalist.

“The idea was to tell about its reconstruction”

"The idea was to tell the story of his illness and his reconstruction", explains Audrey Crespo-Mara to

Puremédias.

"So we built this portrait in three stages as he wished".

Thierry Ardisson's wife first spoke with Florent Pagny in France, in June 2022, when he had just finished his chemotherapy.

Then, she found him six months later in New York, during the move of his daughter, and finally a month ago, in Patagonia, where he lives with his family.

“He is very combative, and is not at all in the pathos”

“I discovered a man of courage and sincerity that commands respect,” confides Audrey Crespo-Mara to

Puremédias.

His interviews with Florent Pagny were

"a simple, honest and direct discussion" during which the singer "did not evade any question".

"He tells us about a disease that spares no family today. Ups and downs, of his fight. And I'm sure he will give a lot of hope to those who hear him. He is very combative, and is not at all in the pathos”, assures the journalist.
