Seven people, including screenwriter and director Koki Mitani, have been selected as recipients of this year's NHK Broadcasting Culture Award, which is given to people who have contributed to the development of the broadcasting business and the improvement of broadcasting culture.
The following people have been awarded.
▽ Appeared on NHK's cooking program "Kyo no Ryori" for more than 30 years, and has gained wide support for recipes that are easy to make with familiar ingredients and finished stylishly, and has disseminated Japanese home cooking to the world. Researcher Harumi Kurihara (76).
