At the beginning of December 2022, the anti-drug police detachment of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau discovered during a joint investigation of a drug case by the Tiexi Public Security Bureau in Shenyang that Wang Moorui and Wang Moushuai contacted "clients" through online dating software. The city sells methamphetamine to Shenyang and other places.

After a period of investigation and investigation, the task force found that the recipient of the drugs Wang Mourui shipped from Anshan to Shenyang was a man who called himself "Wang Liang".
After research and judgment, the special case team found out that the real identity of "Wang Liang" was Li, who had been in Shenyang for a long time and had close contacts with many drug addicts.
Later, when the task force launched an investigation into Wang Mourui, it was discovered that his drugs mainly came from a man who claimed to be called Hui, who lived in Beijing.
It was found through work that Hui bought methamphetamine through overseas mail, disguised the drug in capsule packaging, and then mailed it to Anshan City by express.
After receiving the drugs, Wang Moorui subcontracted and sold them to Li Mouwei and Wang Moushuai in addition to taking some of them himself.
At the beginning of January 2023, after research, the special case team believed that the time to close the network was ripe, and immediately set up arrest teams in Shenyang, Anshan, and Beijing to arrest the criminal suspects involved in the case.
On January 8, 2023, the police of the task force arrested Li in Shenyang City, and arrested Jiang Moubin, Zhang Mouming, He Mou and other drug addicts in one fell swoop; Mou Rui, Li Mouwei, Wang Moushuai, Li Moulai and others were arrested; on January 11, the police of the task force arrested Hui in Chaoyang District, Beijing.
So far, all suspects involved in drug-related crimes have been arrested.
At present, 8 people, including Wang Moorui, Wang Moushuai, and Hui, have been criminally detained by the police according to law for drug trafficking crimes. Jiang Moubin and other 5 people have been given administrative punishment by the police according to law for taking drugs. The case is under further work.
