In the video taken from the sky by NHK around 2:00 pm, it can be confirmed that what seems to be piled up waste materials is burning violently and black smoke is rising.
Firefighters are working to extinguish the fire, but it has not been extinguished and there is no prospect of extinguishing the fire.
