Tohoku University's second exam will be held from the 25th.

For the first time in three years, the Tohoku University cheering squad cheered on students from all over Japan in front of Sendai Station.

At national and public universities, the first half of the second exam will be held for two days from the 25th.



On the 23rd, a cheering squad from Tohoku University encouraged the students in front of Sendai Station, while many students from all over the country were visiting.



The cheering squad held up a board that read, "Encouragement for students preparing for exams," and when the students came forward, the brass band played along with male members in haori and hakama, and female members in brightly colored uniforms. I showed a performance and sent an ale saying, "I passed the exam."



This event, which encourages students to take exams, has been a specialty for over 40 years, but was canceled last year and the year before due to the influence of the new corona, and was held for the first time in three years.



A student from Nagoya who received encouragement said, "When I was nervous, they cheered me on and gave me the energy to do my best. I'm sure I'll pass."



Naoki Yoshinaga, the team leader, said, "A few years ago, I was also a student preparing for entrance exams, so I cheered him on.



The encouragement in front of Sendai Station will be held on the 24th as well.
