According to Peter Leeds, the symphony "Love China" is divided into five movements with the themes of time, space, nature, love and people.

The first movement "Starlight" is the opening chapter of the whole work, expressing his impression of Chongqing.

The second movement "Fenghua" shows the charm of Chongqing.

The third movement "Earth" is inspired by the Chongqing folk song "Huyang Pole", which is why he named the symphony "Love·China".

The fourth movement "Love" tells a love story with ups and downs.

The last movement "Music Land" expresses an ideal state, full of joy, love and harmony, and it is also full of my love for the Chinese nation.

"This music feast is for foreigners to use symphony, an international grand narrative technique, to tell Chinese stories and Chongqing stories well." Liu Guangyu, Chairman of Chongqing Musicians Association and Director of Chongqing Symphony Orchestra (Chongqing Opera House) In an interview with a reporter from Chinanews.com, he said that through this concert, he hoped to show the beautiful China in the eyes of foreigners and their understanding and love for Chinese culture.
