The Doburoku Festival, which is said to have started in the Muromachi period, is held at Nagakusa Tenjin Shrine in Obu City, where visitors are treated to Doburoku, an unrefined sake made by fermenting rice.

"Doburoku" is brewed every year by local people for about a month, and about 700 liters were dedicated this year.

At the festival, a Shinto ritual is held to pray for good health for the year. I paraded around the precincts while playing.

At the signal of the conch shell, Doburoku was served, and the visitors immediately checked the taste.

A woman who lived nearby who drank "Doburoku" said, "It was very delicious. I want more."

Kazuaki Kako (45), who was involved in the making of Doburoku, said, "It's a very sweet sake, and I think it's very easy to drink, even for those who aren't used to drinking it. I'm really happy if you can drink it deliciously." was
