"The only one who has come out through the three antennas in succession has been me."

Carlos Herrera kicked off this morning a historic event on the radio: the three great voices of the morning have come together for the first time to make a joint program on the occasion of World Radio Day.

Between anecdotes, jokes and the occasional taunt, Carlos Herrera (COPE), Àngels Barceló (Cadena Ser) and Carlos Alsina (Onda Cero) talked for a few minutes at a meeting organized by the Spanish Association of Commercial Broadcasting and broadcast on the three antennas over their early mornings, audiences and also over their most distinguished guests.

The three have confessed that they listen to each other, also in search of ideas.

"Every time Àngels interviews the President of the Government, I think: why hasn't it occurred to me?"

Carlos Alsina

joked .

"It hasn't occurred to

Feijóo to come with me either,"

Barceló

replied

, to which Herrera replied: "The one who no longer wants to interview

Pedro Sánchez

is me. Even if he wants to come, I'm going to say no. I don't think so don't give him any displeasure."

"It doesn't make any sense to get along badly," Barceló

said

about their relationship, and he has confessed to the occasional telephone conversation with

Alsina

in which they have "shaven" having stolen a guest.

Their main point in common is, without a doubt, getting up early every day to attend a program that starts at six in the morning, as a consequence of the earlier start to work hours and a longer transport time: "People already He doesn't live in the cities,"

Herrera

explained

.

"You end up getting used to it, the problem is when summer arrives and you have to get used to it. When the alarm goes off the devil is sitting on the edge of the bed saying: but now you have to get up to go tell four fools that you Are you a fool?", the Sevillian has recounted.

"The worst thing about a six-odd hour program is not getting up early, that's 30 minutes," Barceló added, to which Alsina replied: "The worst thing about the morning program is the afternoon before, the preparation."

According to

Carlos Herrera

, the audience is not closed, the listeners "bug": "There will be some who do not want to listen to me even with a gun on their chest, but the majority will have their favorite and will go from one to another," he acknowledged.

Regarding the

EGM

data , the three have confessed to being nervous but they assure that they work above the data: "If not, you end up doing the program only thinking about the audience and you end up interviewing

Miguel Ángel Revilla ",

Barceló

stressed

, not without sarcasm .
