After investigation and verification, Lu Moutong revealed that the demolished house of his family was located on the mountainside on the north side of Daiwang Mountain, Huanghai Road Street, Laishan District.
The total area of houses and structures of Lv Moutong’s family is 760.6 square meters, of which the area of houses with certificates is 84.6 square meters, and the structures such as sheep sheds and warehouses built privately are 676 square meters.
He revealed that the demolished house was an illegal building of 676 square meters, and the 84.6 square meter house he lived in was not demolished.
Since the Huanghai Road Sub-district Office started demolition, it has discussed with Lu Mouxin (father of Lu Moutong) many times about the demolition of illegal buildings and explained related policies. The District Natural Resources Bureau and Laishan Planning and Management Office have identified the nature of the illegal buildings , the District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau successively issued the "Prior Notice of Demolition within a Time Limit" and "Decision of Demolition within a Time Limit".
At about 6 o'clock on February 10, the Huanghai Road Sub-district Office and the District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau demolished the illegal building built by Lv Mouxin in accordance with relevant regulations.
During the law enforcement process, the staff showed their law enforcement documents and explained the policies.
Because Lv Moutong and his relatives obstructed the law enforcement, the two parties had arguing behavior, and there was no fact of beating or illegal detention.
