China News Service, February 11. According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, from February 11 to 13, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in the central and eastern parts of Northwest China, North China, and northern Huanghuai.

There were moderate rains in southern Huanghuai, Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan, northern South China, and eastern Guizhou, and heavy rains and local heavy rains in parts of central and northern Jiangnan.

In addition, from the 11th to the 14th, due to the influence of strong cold air, most of the central and eastern regions will have a temperature drop of 4-8°C, and the local temperature will be above 10°C. The south of the Yangtze River and the north will be accompanied by northerly winds of magnitude 4-6.

There are large-scale rain and snow processes in the central and eastern regions

  From February 11th to 13th, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in the central and eastern parts of Northwest China, North China, and northern Huanghuai.

Some areas in eastern Xinjiang, most of Tibet, central Inner Mongolia, southern Jiangsu, and northern Zhejiang have winds of magnitude 4 to 6, of which winds in eastern Xinjiang and parts of central and western Tibet can reach magnitude 7 or above (see Figure 1).

From 08:00 on February 12 to 08:00 on February 13,

there were small outbreaks in parts of northeastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang Basin, the Hetao region of Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern Tibet, most of Qinghai, eastern Northwest China, northern China, and eastern Huanghuai. Moderate snow or sleet, among which, there are local heavy snow or blizzards (10-12 mm) in southeastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, and eastern Tibet; Jiangsu, eastern and southern Anhui, Shanghai, southeastern Hubei, and northern Hunan There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of northern Jiangxi, northern Zhejiang, and southeastern Tibet.

Most parts of Tibet, Inner Mongolia, southern Northeast China, northern and eastern North China, most of Huanghuai, and eastern Jiangnan have winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and some areas in central and western Tibet can reach winds of magnitude 7 or above (see figure 2).

There are northeasterly winds of magnitude 6 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 in the Yellow Sea and the northern part of the East China Sea.

From 08:00 on February 13th to 08:00 on the 14th,

there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of eastern Tibet, eastern Qinghai, eastern Northwest China, western Huanghuai, and western Jianghan, and local heavy snow (5~ 9 mm); there were light to moderate rains in parts of the eastern part of Southwest China, western and southern Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, and South China.

Some areas in Tibet, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Jiangnan have winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and some areas in central and western Tibet and other places have winds of magnitude 7 or above (see Figure 3).

There are northeasterly winds of magnitude 7 to 8 and gusts of magnitude 9 in the Taiwan Strait, and northerly winds of magnitude 5 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 in the Yellow Sea and most of the East China Sea.
