In Los Angeles on the west coast of the United States, an initiative has been launched to strengthen the dissemination of Japanese anime and music to the world through collaboration between Japanese and Japanese American creators.

This was launched by the Japanese Consulate General in Los Angeles and Japanese Americans who are active in the entertainment industry, and the first meeting was held at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on the 9th.

At the meeting, representatives of Japanese animation film production companies and music-related companies exchanged opinions with Japanese American creators about future prospects.

Among them were comments such as, ``I think that films should be based on common global issues, such as family and identity,'' and ``With the enhancement of online streaming, music made in Japan can be played immediately. It is now selling all over the world. There must be various ways to do it.”

MIYAVI, a guitarist who is popular both in Japan and overseas, appeared at the venue and said, "I believe that music will connect Japan, the United States, and the world, and bring about a bright future. Let's make it." After encouraging him, he gave a splendid performance.
