His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated the Emirates Festival of Literature, which has completed 15 years of its career.

His Highness said in a tweet on his official account, “Today, the Emirates Festival of Literature completes 15 years of creativity, culture, and celebration of the book.

The activities of the 15th session of the festival started yesterday, amid a large crowd of writers, creators, and local and international cultural figures, in the presence of a constellation of visual and written media in the country and abroad, who will participate in the various activities of the festival that will be held at the “InterContinental Dubai Festival City” hotel, and "Mohammed bin Rashid Library", which will continue until the sixth of February, and present the experiences of more than 260 writers, creators and thought leaders from the Arab world and the world, in more than 300 activities covering all fields of literature, arts and culture.
