Richard Curtis regrets the lack of diversity in his film “Love Actually”

If there's one thing Richard Curtis regrets about his rom-com masterpiece

Love Actually

, it's the lack of diversity.

The cult director spoke in a special program for the 20th anniversary of the film.

He had to recognize that there were a few things to change, if everything had to be done again today.

“My film is doomed, at times, to be a bit outdated.

The lack of diversity makes me feel uneasy and a little stupid.

There is an extraordinary love that shows up every moment and in so many ways in life in general, all over the world, that I wish my film was better.

I regret not having made a documentary to observe it, ”he explained to Diane Sawyer.

Maybe for a remake?

Jim Carrey leaves Twitter

It's over for Jim Carrey on Twitter.

The actor, still very critical of the far right and of Elon Musk, announced that he was saying goodbye to the social network.

Before leaving, he shared a cartoon, the meaning of which he explained (barely cryptically).

“I quit Twitter.

But first, here's a cartoon I made with my friend Jimmy Hayward.

It's based on my painting of a crazy old lighthouse keeper, standing naked in a storm, summoning the angels and shining his lamp to guide us through a treacherous night.

I love you all so much!

“, he wrote.

Understand who can!
