The visitors about freeing the entrance are dropped: "Trying to max out now"

On the first of January, free admission for adults to all state museums will disappear.

Culture Minister Parisa Liljestrand (M) announced this when the culture budget was presented.

Everyone over the age of 19 will thus have to pay an entry fee at the turn of the year.

Museum visits are also increasing somewhat, but there is no talk of a rush, according to a call to the National Museum of Natural History, the Modern Museum, the Historical Museum, the Livrustkammaren, Malmö Art Gallery and Bohuslän's Museum.

When Kulturnyheterna meets visitors to the National Museum of Natural History and the Modern Museum, they tell us that they are taking care before the fee is introduced.

- I try to maximize museum visits now on the days I can, says Ulrika Westin, who visited the National Museum of Natural History in Stockholm.
