Musk polls users: Are we bringing Trump back on Twitter or not?

The new owner of Twitter, Elon Musk, surveyed the opinions of users of the social network, about whether he should unblock the account of former US President Donald Trump on Twitter.

Musk wrote in a tweet: "Unban the account of former President Trump," and asked users to vote and respond to that, with "yes" or "no."

Earlier, Trump said in a comment on his social network, Truth Social, about Musk's purchase of Twitter, that this social network had obtained appropriate leadership.

But Trump did not reveal during that whether he would use Twitter later if his account was unblocked.

And in early 2021, the Twitter administration prevented Donald Trump from using his account on this social networking site.

This came shortly after supporters of Trump, who at the time held the position of President of the United States, attempted to prevent the US Congress from approving the results of the presidential elections in which the Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, won.

And the Twitter administration at that time justified the decision to ban Trump's account, by saying that his tweets most likely incited some citizens to riot.
