The Gulf region and the world are awaiting a global event that is repeated only every four years, and is organized for the first time in the region in November, as Qatar hosts the World Cup, amid the recovery of tourism in the region as a whole, and Dubai will benefit the most after Doha, according to international reports.
It is appropriate to organize a real estate exhibition in Dubai, in conjunction with the activities of the World Championship, which starts on November 20 and will continue until December 18, in order to take advantage of the huge housing momentum in the region.
The area will attract more than one million visitors, which makes this period very ideal for organizing promotional exhibitions for the real estate sector in Dubai, which will win a large segment of visitors during the World Cup, as many fans will not be staying in Qatar during these events.

It is expected that Doha will receive more than 160 Gulf flights per day, including about 60 flights to flydubai, during the tournament’s activities, and the International Football Association (FIFA) chose Dubai to be one of the six global cities that host international festivals for the masses, during the World Cup period. All international festivals will provide fans with live broadcasts of the tournament matches.
The festivals also include many entertainment activities, and will include performances by international stars in arranging songs, local musicians and artists, in the presence of a number of FIFA legends.
All this nominates the Emirate of Dubai in particular, and the Emirates in general, to an unprecedented tourist momentum, so it is good and hopeful that this global event will be used in the good promotion of the real estate sector, encouraging the acquisition of a housing unit and residence in Dubai, and introducing the attractive opportunities in the emirate in terms of investment trade and new business establishment.
