The Mother of the Nation Festival, the annual entertainment event, returns for its sixth session to its audience on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, from the ninth to the 18th of next December, with more family entertainment activities, live performances, immersive artistic experiences and international cuisine.
Organized by the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, the festival provides unique opportunities for its visitors, through six zones, offering many recreational activities.
The course will feature many artworks, artist participation, tours and culinary experiences, installations, live entertainment throughout the day, vibrant exhibitions, as well as immersive attractions, so that visitors can create unforgettable memories with family and friends.
The Kuwaiti Gulf Music Band (Miami) will return at the request of the festival goers, as the four members of the band will take to the stage to perform their most famous folk songs on the opening night on the ninth of next December, after their successful show last year.
The Mother of the Nation Festival is a platform where cultures are showcased with a range of regional and international stores, food experiences, and various activities, such as carnival tours for youngsters, immersive creative workshops, physical, interactive and cooperative games and augmented reality games.
The six zones of a special nature will meet the aspirations and tastes of the audience, through several areas, foremost of which is: The World of Creativity, which gives its visitors the opportunity to enter a world full of experiencing special moments.
As for those looking for action and adventure, they can head to the thrill zone, which offers both physical and virtual reality games.
Children can play and run freely in the amusement park, a fun wonderland.
The park will feature an interactive exhibit about popular YouTuber CoComelon with uniquely designed role-playing rooms, as well as carnival rides, play spaces, skill-based games, innovative activities, and plenty of adventures for all ages.
As for the little ones with an appetite, they can enjoy many delicious sweets in a number of different shops and stores.
The Arena will feature non-stop live performances, featuring top-notch stars and artists.

The Director General of Tourism at the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi, Saleh Mohammed Al Jaziri, said: "(Mother of the Nation Festival) develops every year, so that the entertainment festival, which witnesses its 10-day duration, remains the best entertainment and excitement activities that will undoubtedly create unforgettable moments."
He added, "The festival will present six unique areas, and many international vendors this year, to meet the needs of everyone of all ages, and the event will continue to consolidate Abu Dhabi's position as a destination for major events."
