[Explanation] In the golden autumn and October, the rice is fragrant.

Huang Cuijia, a farmer born in the 1985s, is busy harvesting in the rice fields with a smile on his face.

Huang Cuijia, born in 1989, is also a girl who loves beauty.

She didn't forget to put on a little makeup in the fields, but when she went to the fields to cut rice and her trousers were covered in mud, she didn't dislike it at all.

I am a native of Huangshan, I like the countryside, and I also love my hometown.

When I was a child, there was actually a more interesting thing, that is, our group of friends were together, and everyone was talking about which university to go to in the future.

We all like to be used to speaking our native dialect, and talking about the entrance to the "Mudwood" University, which is the land under my feet now. I didn't expect that in the end, this "Mudwood" University really allowed me to be admitted.

[Explanation] After graduating from junior high school, Huang Cuijia worked as a waiter in a hotel, worked as a clerk in the fire brigade, opened a local restaurant, and later started a business.

But she still can't forget the hot land of her hometown.

At the beginning of 2022, Huang Cuijia transferred nearly 100 acres of land in Baiguoshu Village, Huangshan City, plowing, raising seedlings, transplanting rice... She learned little by little.

From plowing to driving a tractor, and now we have ordered a DJI T40 drone. In other words, from driving a tractor to driving a tractor, we will become a pilot in the future.

[Explanation] From the very beginning, when he decided to be a "new farmer", Huang Cuijia firmly established the idea of becoming a public welfare farm.

She will throw away the barren fields and pair with the caring enterprises to claim them. The enterprises will pay, and she will farm and operate under the "334" sharing model. 30% of the profits will be returned to the enterprise, and 30% will be kept as operating costs, with the largest proportion of 40%. One-to-one assistance to a family in need in the name of the enterprise.

At present, she has successfully paired more than 50 acres, and she is still working hard to carry out publicity to attract more caring enterprises to pair up for public welfare.

In fact, the first phase of our project is mainly to plant rice and rapeseed, so the second phase of the project plans to expand to nearly 400 mu.

In the first phase, we are looking for some companies to claim it. In the second phase, our idea is to seek some caring individuals who can also participate in the claim.

[Explanation] To be a public welfare field, we must insist on organic planting.

Huang Cuijia has raised more than 200 ducks in the rice fields, adopting the green ecological planting model of "rice and duck symbiosis".

In addition, she insisted not to use a drop of pesticides, not to apply a grain of chemical fertilizer, and all weeding was done manually.

Huang Cuijia, who does everything by herself, said that she has never been as dark as this summer. Although it is hard work, she enjoys it.

I feel very fulfilled and solid.

With food in hand, don't panic.

[Explanation] Today, this abandoned field in Baiguoshu Village has become a golden ocean under the cultivation of Huang Cuijia.

Every weekend, this paddy field becomes a research paradise for the surrounding children.

Chopping rice, pounding rice, making scarecrows, picking up duck eggs, Huang Cuijia, a "post-85", had a great time in the fields with the children.

Up to now, her public welfare field has carried out dozens of various research activities, with more than 1,000 participants.

In each issue, when I take children to be their teachers, I lead them to learn how to plant rice, learn how to cut rice, etc. I will also feel very proud and very happy.

[Explanation] From a girl who loves beauty to a new farmer, Huang Cuijia is completely different from traditional farmers.

She organized a filming team to tell rural stories, publicize rural life, attract traffic, develop villages and benefit farmers through self-media platforms.

In fact, our project is a pastoral complex project with the theme of public welfare, combining ecological planting, farming experience, and tourism. Next, I plan to build my project into an Internet celebrity check-in place, so that more people to learn about our programs and participate in our programs to help more families in need.
