He killed his girlfriend in the street for a strange reason

Dallas police have arrested a man for the murder of a 21-year-old woman after she beat him at a basketball game.

Dallas police said Cameron Hogg, 31, is charged with murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Asia Womack earlier this month.

Police were called to the Hamilton Boulevard shooting at about 2 p.m. on Monday, 3 October, and found the young woman on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.

Police issued an arrest warrant for Hogg, and the girl's family told Fox that Hogg and Mack were friends.

And they played a basketball match, which turned into an enthusiastic game, followed by opposite talk.

Court documents say that after the exchange, Asya was out watching a soccer match when Hough drove his truck to her whereabouts and drove off in anger.

A witness told the police that Asia stood ready to confront Hogg again.

But without saying a word, Hough pointed a pistol and shot her twice in the chest, and after she fell he shot two more times and then left, and that witness later identified Hough after seeing a series of pictures.
