The opening of the Global Village yesterday evening witnessed a large turnout of visitors who enjoyed many activities and wonderful fireworks displays that decorated the sky of the village on the first night of the 27th season.
The Gate of the World witnessed a large number of enthusiastic guests gathered to visit the Global Village on its first day, and they were greeted by a fleet of cars for the “Tours of Wonders” event, which includes a group of the most famous taxis from around the world, before a group of performers came out to surprise them.
Immediately after the premiere, the performers moved inside the gate for a countdown before the entrances opened for the first time, and the first guests of the season were welcomed to the hearty drum beats of Enja, from Bogotá, Colombia, before clips and tapes were released. Cheerful paper to cover the sky of the global village and rain on the guests in an atmosphere of joy and happiness.
The first day of Season 27 welcomed a record number of guests who enjoyed touring among the 27 new pavilions representing the cultures of more than 90 countries, more than 3,500 shopping outlets, more than 250 food and beverage outlets, and many activities and entertainment destinations.
