As the turntable rolled over, a copper-colored wire was suspended from the catenary wrist arm. It marks that the Guinan high-speed railway has entered the stage of catenary line erection.

  [Explanation] It is understood that the catenary line mainly provides driving power for the high-speed operation of high-speed trains, and is vividly called one of the "aortas" of high-speed rail.

High-speed rail trains draw electrical energy from the catenary line through the pantograph on the roof to provide power for the train, which is the basis for the operation of high-speed rail.

  [Explanation] In order to improve the construction quality standards of catenary lines and ensure the safe and smooth operation of high-speed trains in the future, Yungui Railway Guangxi Company and China Railway Electrification Bureau built China's first fully automatic digital simulation wrist arm and hanging string smart factory - Guinan High-speed Railway "Fourth" "Electric" production resource management center scientifically customizes the basic equipment for catenary wire erection such as wrist arm and hanging string. The production operations such as automatic punching, cutting, and tightening are all controlled by computers and intelligent robotic arms. The accuracy and length of the product The error can be controlled within 1 mm, and the qualified rate of product testing is as high as 99%, which can effectively avoid the problems of "loose, detached, broken, cracked, stuck, and ground" of the catenary.

  This production line can produce a set of catenary arm and hanging string within 5 minutes, and the production efficiency is 80% higher than that of traditional factories.

After each set of products is offline, all production files will be uploaded to the large database of the background system synchronously, which is equivalent to equipping each wrist arm and hanging string with an "identity card", which realizes intelligent production and information It provides a scientific basis for the follow-up cooperation with the construction operation.

  We have organized more than 3,000 construction personnel, invested 200 special operation vehicles, and advanced equipment such as Beidou positioning and measurement tooling, high-speed rail tightening systems, and modular constant tension trolleys. The time is more than 2 times less than the traditional process.

  [Explanation] The Guinan high-speed railway is the first high-speed railway in Guangxi with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. As of now, all the new tunnels in the Guangxi section of the Guinan high-speed railway have been completed, the main line foundation earthwork and bridge works have been completed, and the overall progress of the station building project has been completed. 40% of the total design, the entire line is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2023, when the travel time from Nanning to Guiyang will be shortened from the current 5 hours to about 2 hours.
