Recently, the temperature in the Daxinganling forest area of Inner Mongolia dropped below -10°C.
Due to the sudden drop in temperature, beautiful ice flowers "opened" on the banks of the Taerqi River in the Chuorlin District.
In the early morning, the river bank was dyed with crystal white and sparkling hoarfrost. Half of the aquatic plants swayed in the water, and half of them bloomed on the water. The plants and trees on the shore seemed to be wearing crystal shoes.
There are crystal clear icicles and ice trays on the branches next to the water surface, such as wind chimes and tiger claws, with different shapes, exquisite and lovely.
Frost flowers and icicles add freshness to the riverside in late autumn and early winter, and are also unique marks embedded in the Greater Khingan Mountains.
