Less than a centimeter of snow fell faintly on the outdoor table, and the branches were densely covered with ice.



It went down to 3 degrees below zero this morning, but the first snow fell 9 days earlier than last year.



The first snow was also observed today at Mt. Gwangdeok in Hwacheon-gun, Gangwon-do, and hail fell on the Gyeongbu Expressway in Anseong, Gyeonggi-do.



As the temperature plummets across the country, the clothes of citizens have become thicker.



Citizens who visit the park walk around with their hats and scarves wrapped around them in the cold, and sometimes even beat the cold by jumping in place.



Some citizens even cover themselves with blankets and go out.

The lowest temperature this morning in Seoul was 9.3 degrees Celsius this year, and it was the lowest this fall in Jeonju, Pohang, Busan and Ulsan, etc. The temperature was recorded.



The temperature did not rise significantly during the day due to the cold air coming in from the northwest, and the cold continued in the afternoon, such as Seoul 11.9 degrees Celsius and Daejeon 14 degrees Celsius.



A strong wind blew here, and the perceived temperature was even lower.



The Korea Meteorological Administration said that the morning temperature tomorrow and the day after tomorrow will be as low as 5 to 10 degrees, and the temperature will drop below freezing in northern Gyeonggi and Gangwon, northern Chungcheong and northern Gyeongbuk, and urged people to prepare for damage from cold damage to crops.



On the other hand, the daytime temperature is expected to gradually rise from tomorrow and return to the normal level on Wednesday the following morning.
