On the afternoon of the 8th, there was a problem in which a part of the road collapsed on the Ome Kaido in Suginami Ward, Tokyo, and the wheels of a route bus got stuck.

According to the police, after 3:00 pm on the 8th, part of the sidewalk side of the road collapsed on the Oume Kaido in 3, Kamiogi, Suginami Ward, and the right rear wheel of the bus carrying passengers got stuck and could not move.



The bus was a Seibu bus bound for Shakujii-koen Station from Ogikubo Station. According to the Seibu Bus, it stopped just before Hatcho Station, about 1 km northwest of Ogikubo Station, and when it was about to restart, the right rear wheel got stuck. It means that
