August 24 marks the 65th birthday of English actor and writer Stephen Fry. Before becoming the king of English humor, Fry survived a prison sentence and a suicide attempt. He became famous for his collaborations with Hugh Laurie: together they starred in the series Black Adder and Jeeves and Wooster, and also released The Fry and Laurie Show. At the same time, many remember his role in the Oscar Wilde biopic.
