[Explanation] When the scorching sun is in the sky, I walked into a tea art training studio in Hefei, Anhui.

On the tea banquet, several tea utensils were placed in an orderly manner. Zhu Yanwen, a 25-year-old tea artist, was sitting at the table, demonstrating the imitation of Song Dynasty ordering tea.

[Explanation] I saw Zhu Yanwen take out the tea powder with a small spoon, put it into a large tea cup, pour boiling water into the cup to make a paste, and pour it with a soup bottle from time to time. Stir in the loop, and after a few minutes, a thick layer of white foam floats in the container.

There may be many such ways of performing tea art. On the one hand, our current tea art is to learn the brewing skills of tea leaves. On the other hand, we may use the performance to immerse our own body and mind in it, so as to obtain some quiet and tranquil power. .

[Commentary] Zhu Yanwen is a native of Ningguo, Anhui. He studied tea at Anhui Agricultural University in college. He made an inadvertent choice when filling out his voluntary work, but he allowed him to find his love.

After graduation, he chose to become a tea artist. In 2019, he founded his own tea training studio.

In fact, in the process of brewing, the taste and aroma of tea are completely different, it may be very good, it may be very bad, so what we need is not only a memory and action, but our real I can calm down and take this cup of tea in the bowl seriously.

[Explanation] In the "5th National Tea Industry Vocational Skills Competition Tea Art Competition Finals" which ended in July this year, Zhu Yanwen competed with 47 tea art experts from 26 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China and won the total score First outstanding result.

In the "Innovative Tea Art" section, he used the Qimen black tea culture as the creative background to tell and express the persistence and inheritance of young tea people to the tea industry.

A typical story I was looking for at that time was Mr. Hu Haochuan, who is very famous in our tea industry. He was also the former director of the Tea Department of Anhui Agricultural University and the former director of the Qimen Tea Improvement Field.

In a particularly difficult environment, it is still possible to insist on producing black tea, so I think this is a very commendable spirit.

Then I use his story to tell everyone that young people may have some setbacks in the process of starting a business, but this may not be anything compared to their predecessors.

[Explanation] Zhu Yanwen said that Anhui is a major tea-producing province with a long history of tea culture, and it has also attracted many young people to come to study.

At present, the studio has nearly 1,000 students.

In the future, he will continue to devote himself to the development of tea art, and contribute to the development of traditional culture.
