An engineer working in a furniture manufacturing company made a very creative soft sofa, but some of the materials the sofa was made of were not available internally in the company, but the engineer bought it from another place to make this product, which he presented to the company’s president.
The president rejected the product, accusing the engineer of deviating from agreed business plans and of dealing with competing factories.
A systematic campaign of bullying began against the creative engineer until he resigned.
The engineer agreed with two partners to establish a new company, through which he launched his product, which achieved tremendous success. The company grew and expanded, and it became a large factory.
Eight years later, the sister of the head of the first company graduated with distinction and did not want to join it, so as not to link her work and success with her brother, and she chose to join the Creative Engineer Company, because his products were actually more innovative than those of her brother's company.
The young woman was able to achieve achievements in her work in a short period of time, which provoked the jealousy of her colleagues and the head of her administration, who feared her intelligence, and decided to start a systematic bullying campaign to push her out.
His actions against her did not work and he decided to reduce her role in making products, and his decision almost backfired against him when the quality level of a product fell while it was being tested by employees before it was launched in the market.
Her boss brought her back to her usual role and he's at a loss as to how to get rid of her.
He decided to plot against her and succeeded in part when he ordered her transfer to the owner of the company and the head of the creative manufacturing department, the same creative engineer who founded the company, on the pretext of not complying with the instructions.
The young engineer sat opposite the creative engineer and in front of him was the complaint papers. He read her full name and knew who she was.
He asked her about the matter from her point of view, and she took to tell him the basis of the dispute.
And I began to beg himself: She is in front of me, and I see in her the oppressor who pushed me out.
What a golden opportunity for revenge I didn't even dream of.
At the same time, while telling her story, she drew for him without intending a mirror in which he saw exactly himself: a creative young man who wanted to serve his company with an original product, but the jealousy of her boss pushed him to leave.
The engineer folded the papers and asked her: I know who you are, why didn't you join your brother?
I explained to him the reasons.
He tore up the complaint papers, and told her to go back to your work.
The girl was astonished and perplexed, and asked him, "Am I not punished?"
Did I commit a violation?
He said to her, go back to your work and don't ask me about anything, just go back to your work and work with all your energy and don't pay attention to anything else.
Her boss was amazed and called the owner engineer and asked him why she didn't hold the girl accountable for her negligence?
He replied: I did not see her fault, I did not see what you saw, I saw something else.
lesson
This is also a true story. The world revolves once for you and once for you, and this is one of the signs of God's existence.
When a person wrongs another person, he forgets the existence of God, and does not realize that a person dear to him is being wronged in another place.
Do not think about taking revenge on someone who wronged you, as it is a test for you.
Be the best and leave it to God Almighty.
