In his interview with "Beyond the News" program (1/6/2022), Al-Anani stressed that Tel Aviv's presence in the Persian Gulf region constitutes a direct threat to Iran's national security.

The Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards’ Naval Forces, Admiral Ali Reza Tanksiri, had stressed that allowing Israel a foothold in the region is a threat to the security and stability of Israel and the state that allows it, adding, during his inspection of the Iranian armed forces stationed on the island of Greater Tunb, that the level of security in the Gulf waters Good because there is cooperation between the countries of the region, and that normalization with Tel Aviv will harm that.

Al-Anani explained that talking about an Israeli radar system and a type of joint missile defense between Tel Aviv and a number of Arab countries places Israel directly behind Iran, considering that it is wrong for the Arab Gulf states to believe that an alliance with Israel may provide security in the Arab region.

He believed that the UAE "sold itself to the devil" when it allied itself with Israel, he said.

This is because it is in the crosshairs of Iran's fire, and therefore any Iranian-Israeli conflict will be paid primarily by the UAE, Bahrain and the rest of the Gulf countries.

For his part, the head of the Al-Madar Center for Political and Strategic Studies, Saleh Al-Mutairi, believes that there are fears appreciated by both Iran and the countries of the region, and what removes this doubt and mistrust is understanding and direct negotiation to resolve many outstanding issues, noting that despite these escalatory statements, there is still an opportunity for dialogue. between all parties.

He added that the Gulf countries have become accustomed to such escalatory Iranian statements, noting that the volume of trade dealings between the UAE and Iran is still at its best, and "therefore, these channels of communication give a kind of guarantee that there will be no chaos and reach the stage of military escalation."
