  The Office of the Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Shanghai issued the "Notice on Issues Related to the City's Failure to Participate in Nucleic Acid Testing with a Yellow Code" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice").

Accordingly, people without nucleic acid test records within 7 days should participate in community convenience screening or conduct nucleic acid testing at nucleic acid sampling sites in a timely manner.

Those who "should not be inspected" and caused the spread of the epidemic will be investigated for corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.

  In addition to entering and leaving the residential area, going to nucleic acid sampling points for nucleic acid testing, medical treatment, etc., those who have been assigned the yellow code should not go out unless necessary, minimize contact with others, and avoid going to public places where crowds gather.

Xia Kejia said that for special groups such as long-term bedridden patients, elderly people with limited mobility, disabled people, infants and young children, all districts should provide convenient nucleic acid testing services.

If the public has any objection to the assignment of the "Suishen Code", they can report it through channels such as "Suishuhan" or the "12345" citizen service hotline.

It is reported that this notice will be implemented from the date of publication and will be valid until July 31, 2022.
