Six months after the delivery of the Jardins du Village residence in Trappes (Yvelines), several of the companies directing the work have still not been paid by the SCCV Les Jardins du Village, reports

Le Parisien

 on Thursday.

The promoter admitted a debt of more than 300,000 euros and explained that she was unable to settle it before having recovered a fund of 1.2 million euros engaged in legal proceedings.

The SCCV already condemned

A situation which seems to have been confirmed following the legal proceedings launched by the GFC company which was responsible for the renovation of the facades.

Last November, the Versailles court ordered the SCCV to pay 37,000 euros to the company, but the appointed bailiff ultimately did not find these sums in their accounts.

Two other companies have also announced that they are in turn initiating legal proceedings.

For her part, the promoter specified that amicable agreements would have been made with certain craftsmen.

She also reaffirmed that they would have done a bad job, many defects having been found in the accommodation.
