In Trilport (Seine-et-Marne), near Meaux, cats are putting the inhabitants of rue Saint-Jean through hell.

The animals are welcomed by the association Chats Bohèmes, which has settled in a pavilion.

They would be about forty to depend on it, while living in freedom, reports

La Marne

.

According to local residents, animals are the cause of several problems: intrusion into houses, numerous excrements in the streets and gardens… So much so that some parents no longer want to let their children play outside.

An upcoming move

Some residents have even considered leaving the premises.

A complaint was recently filed against Chats Bohèmes, by the Ani'Meaux association which is supported by the town hall of Trilport.

The president has since received a reminder.

But the situation has not changed.

The latter recognizes problems with the neighborhood but claims to have tried to find solutions, without success.

Residents are waiting for a solution from the town hall.

The problem should still be resolved soon since the association should move by March.
