[Explanation] Intelligent distribution robots, intelligent warehouse management facilities "Land Wolf", contactless intelligent distribution cabinets... On December 9, a batch of intelligent logistics equipment was in the main logistics center of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics run.
Soon, they will provide green and contactless logistics and distribution services for most of the venues of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics.

We used this unmanned delivery vehicle in some venues of the test competition.
For moving tables, chairs or some equipment, I may only need two people on each side to load and unload one.
If it is normal transportation, I may need 6 to 8 people.
Basically, it is used in 14 competition venues and 4 more important non-competition venues for the exchange of some materials. On the one hand, reducing manpower can indeed improve the efficiency of our logistics operations and reduce the risk of epidemic (spreading).
[Explanation] The main logistics center, as one of the non-competitive venues of the Beijing Winter Olympics, is the main warehousing logistics base for Olympic international logistics, so it is also known as the "conveyor belt" of the Beijing Winter Olympics.
The materials needed for the Winter Olympics are huge and the categories are complex.
In order to realize the "green Olympics", the main logistics center reasonably reduces the volume of event materials and realizes "asset-light" operation.

Reduce the total amount of materials to ensure rigid demand.
For example, all sports equipment is equipped strictly in accordance with the requirements of the International Olympic Committee and various international individual sports organizations.
The demand for white electricity for these furniture is actually flexible.
We can adjust what kind of table we use and how much we use.
Therefore, our entire material planning process has gone through four rounds of planning in terms of furniture white electricity, and we have reduced more than 20,000 pieces, which is about 15%.
[Explanation] Up to now, the main logistics center has completed the procurement of 388 items.
In terms of material acquisition methods, adhere to the principle of "can borrow but not rent, rent but not buy", and reduce the quantity of materials purchased as much as possible.

We already have more than 70% of the categories and quantities of materials obtained through leasing.
There are not only sports equipment, but also many residential furniture in the Olympic Village, as well as a lot of our technical equipment, and maybe even some of our sheets and quilts.
Some of the things needed for the test, especially the durability, we basically coordinate the needs of the test and the Olympics, so we won't buy it twice.
Moreover, after transported into the venue, as long as the venue has a place, we will save it, so as not to carry it again and waste a lot of resources.
[Explanation] In the Winter Olympics furniture sample exhibition, the tables, chairs and benches are all foldable furniture made of environmentally friendly materials.
By optimizing product design, reducing size and weight, it not only saves transportation space, but also reduces the carbon emissions of logistics transportation.

If it is 100%, it means that one car (transportation) is counted so that one car can be full, and then we can save 75% of the volume. This saving is very large.
We have now completed 80% of the material migration, but our number of vehicles is actually 300 vehicles. These are some of our practices to minimize the impact on the environment.
