The Global Village in Dubai announced yesterday the names of the winners of the “Future Entrepreneurs” competition for university students, which is the creative awareness initiative launched by the destination at the beginning of this year, with the aim of stimulating the spirit of creativity and learning among the young generation in the country. Inviting university students all over the country to showcase their innovative capabilities and capabilities in the field of entrepreneurship, by submitting proposals for unique projects in the field of entertainment. The competition witnessed a wide participation from a large number of university students, who submitted distinguished projects and creative ideas.

After a careful evaluation process of the projects and ideas submitted by the students, six projects were selected to move on to the final list, after which the two projects submitted by: Maryam Al Kaabi, from Khalifa University, and Areba Waseem, from the University of Exeter, were announced as winners, during a ceremony hypothetical.

The project proposal submitted by Maryam Al Kaabi, entitled “Red Carpet Event for Children”, focused on Create unique experiences for children, and give them the opportunity to live the distinction and shine on the red carpet, while Ariba Waseem’s proposal, titled “Shadow Memories”, is to design a unique destination dedicated to taking pictures of the guests’ shadows and turning them into distinctive and lasting memories for them.

Global Village returns for its 26th season, starting on October 26, with plans to launch more initiatives aimed at inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and nurturing their creative ideas.
