The Beihai Fire Fighting, Coast Guard, Maritime Search and Rescue Volunteer Association and other departments cooperated. Nearly 100 rescuers fought for 8 hours before and after they were rescued at about 11 o'clock in the evening on June 27.

  At the time of the incident, the sea surface at the scene was abnormally turbulent. The sea water had flooded to the navigation mark platform. From time to time, there were big waves beating on the navigation mark. The two trapped persons were evacuated by the navigation mark. The situation was very critical.

  The Beihai Maritime Search and Rescue Volunteer Association rushed to the scene as soon as possible after receiving the rescue information. Volunteer Xu Jianben braved the stormy sea to cross to the navigation mark using ropes and lifebuoys at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, and gave the two trapped tourists a reassurance. ".

At about 7 o'clock that night, the Beihai City Fire Rescue Detachment and Beihai City Coast Guard Detachment arrived for reinforcements.

  It is understood that the tide was at a high level at that time, and the road leading to the navigation mark was a natural irregular reef, which was very rugged. The navigation mark was about 30 meters away from the shore, and rescue could not be carried out immediately.

  By 11 o'clock that night, the tide level dropped to about 3.3 meters. At this time, the distance from the position of the reef out of the sea to the navigation mark was shortened to about 15 meters, and the conditions for rescue were already available.

Relying on the protection of ropes, the two rescuers stepped on uneven rocks and approached the navigation mark with difficulty. Together with Xu Jianben, who arrived earlier, they helped the two trapped tourists escape the danger through rescue ropes.
