The existence of the so-called black list in Ukraine, where the names of citizens of various countries who are prohibited from entering the country are entered, have been known for a long time. The majority in this list are, of course, Russians, because it is with Russia, as Ukrainian politicians claim, that Ukraine is waging a war, which, however, has not been declared. Who is not on this list. Writers, actors, public figures are people of a wide variety of professions. However, the occupation does not really matter. Another thing is important: did you commit an act that Kiev qualifies as a crime?

A few days ago, at the request of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Culture entered the name of another Russian citizen into this matrix. They, to the amazement of the public, turned out to be the famous showman and singer Philip Kirkorov, who does not regularly fall into political rampage and does not accuse his neighbors of various kinds of lewdness. Moreover, according to the singer, once he and Volodymyr Zelenskyy were connected by friendship, they "shared one scene and television broadcasts." But something went wrong, and the President of Ukraine at some point personally forbade him to come to the country.

Now one more sharp turn. The SBU pointed out the reasons why she considered the Russian pop star "a threat to national security." Kirkorov allowed himself to publicly declare that Crimea belonged to Russia, and also performed on the peninsula with concerts. In addition, he entered the territory of Crimea not from Ukraine, but from Russia, which is a criminal act - a violation of the rules for crossing the state border.

The singer himself reacted to what was happening quite calmly, noting that "we should be proud of this." Moreover, he believes that such a decision will have a positive impact on his artistic career. On his Instagram page, Philip Kirkorov posted a video message, which says: “The inclusion of a People's Artist of Ukraine on the blacklist already looks like an absurdity. But there is a lot of that in the world now. Some narrow-minded officials in this way are trying to gain bonuses for themselves, parasitizing on slogans and nationalist propaganda [...] I even have to thank such officials, because their stupidity helps me to become even more popular. "

Not without self-irony (at least, it looks like that), the artist remarked: "If Kirkorov becomes a threat to the state, then the state can only be pitied."

Indeed, the assumption that a pop singer poses a danger to Ukraine fully characterizes the political situation in a country where bans are introduced in all spheres of life and acquire a truly total character.

Moreover, Zelensky in his zeal has long outdone Poroshenko.

Kirkorov lasted only three days on the black list.

The SBU sent a new letter to the Ministry of Culture with a request to remove the artist from the taboo.

They explained that it takes time for a more thorough analysis of the situation.

This solution looks completely idiotic.

If the singer spoke out in defense of Crimea and was there, then according to the established tradition for Ukraine this is a full-fledged and unquestionable reason to block access to the country.

However, the Ukrainian authorities have never particularly considered it necessary to adhere to any formal and consistent line.

They can afford to do whatever comes into their heads, regardless of the law.

Today Ukraine celebrates Constitution Day.

Constitution, repeatedly violated - and in the crudest way.

Discriminatory laws that restrict the use of the Russian language in education and other spheres of life are in gross violation of constitutional norms.

As for the leapfrog with the blacklist, then Kirkorov will really benefit from it, since from now on the singer has expanded the context of his artistic activity, an element of politics has been added to it.

This means that part of the audience will begin to take the singer a little more seriously.
