Always confident, knowledgeable and avid reader, and highly educated, it is rare for you to disagree with him even if you think you are right, because he speaks to the mind in the manner of the wise.
His Excellency Dr. Anwar Gargash, an exceptional, unique and distinctive personality, calm in nature, abundant in knowledge and culture, and has patience and breadth of mind that no one can imagine. It has never happened that I have ever seen him angry, but rather he is someone who has the ability to deal with anyone, and any circumstance, In a manner that might not occur to those in front of him, he actually imbibed diplomacy, wisdom and calm long years before entering the world of diplomatic work, and then he was able to adapt his personal qualities and his broad culture in favor of his work as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, to become the right person in the place. the appropriate.
He deserves all the words of praise that were uttered against him, and deserves the Order of the Union that was awarded to him by His Highness the President of the State, and he was keen to hand it over to him by two great leaders, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, what Dr. Anwar presented to His homeland is not a little thing, as he is "one of the most important pioneers of the Emirati political, academic and economic work, who was able to bring about major transformations in foreign political work and the UAE's international and regional relations."
