Aomori Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that seven new people have been infected with the new coronavirus within the jurisdiction of Hirosaki Healthcare Center.
Six of them are acquaintances or cohabitants of workplace personnel at a hospital in Kuroishi City, where a group of infected people = clusters have been confirmed to occur.
The total number of people confirmed to be infected in Aomori Prefecture is 801 including those who have already recovered and those who have died.
