Today (15th) morning is colder than yesterday.
Currently, the temperature of Seoseok in Hongcheon is -24.1 degrees Celsius, the lowest in the country, and there are places in the central region that have fallen below -20 degrees Celsius.
The temperature in Seoul is also 10.9 degrees below zero, which is colder than the same time yesterday.
Coldwave warnings continue in northern Gyeonggi and inland of Gangwon, North Chungcheong and northern Gyeongbuk, while warnings of cold wave continue in some central regions, Jeonbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk.
The bitter cold will reach its peak tomorrow, and from the day after tomorrow, the cold will ease somewhat.
For the time being, as the cold wave continues, please pay special attention to health care.
Some of the west coasts and islands are now covered with snow and rain clouds.
Up to 30cm of snow will fall on the Jeju mountains, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo until the day after tomorrow, and 5~15cm of snow will also fall on the west coast of Honam until tomorrow.
Today, it will be as cold as yesterday at 4 degrees below zero in Seoul and 1 degree in Ulsan.
