The reporter was informed that according to the New Deal, Beijing will promote the orderly withdrawal of the second or more passenger cars registered in the city under the individual's name, that is, only one indicator can be kept under each person's name.
According to the New Deal, individuals with 2 or more registered passenger cars in this city can apply online through the website of the Passenger Car Index Regulation Management Information System to transfer registered cars to eligible spouses, children, and parents starting next year.
The application period is from January 1 to March 8, and from August 1 to October 8 each year.
After submitting the application, it can go to the public security traffic management department to register for vehicle transfer after it has been reviewed and approved by the public security and civil affairs departments.
