"Give art, emotions, beautiful music"

This original format was imagined by musician and producer Issam Krimi, who wanted to reinvent music on television.

"The ambition of the project is for music to be an unforgettable experience on television. Usually, when you're an artist, you work a lot on albums or live, but strangely nobody does it for television. hear Dadju's music differently with a certain dynamic, a way of linking up, orchestrations that will be different and quite energized, in particular by all the musicians on the show, "he explains.

Showcase popular music

Even if the show will only be broadcast in the third part of the evening,

Artiste & Co

is also an opportunity to highlight, on a large channel, a musical genre that we hear too little.

"I want above all to highlight popular music," he explains.

"We are in 2020, popular music is what we call 'urban music'".

By promoting this music, Issam Krimi intends to reduce the "big difference" between what is promoted by the media as popular music and what popular music really is.

“My approach is very simple,” he explains.

"It's because I like popular music and I want to see it on television. I think that we are connected with real popular music, since this is already the case with the part. audience in terms of album sales, concert sales and streaming ".
