It has four large bedrooms and no less than seven bathrooms as well as a swimming pool, and all with a breathtaking view of the ocean from a large lot.

Over the past two decades, Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi have lived in many properties in the upscale California town of Montecito.

And the point is that they have very rarely spent more than two years in one place, preferring to make huge profits after investing in a few renovations.

And that's what they hope to do once again since the property was purchased in 2019 for $ 27 million.
