A truism in which, however, those who govern us are cut off every day.
Modifying the instruction book of the Judiciary in the middle of the game would certainly be a very serious precedent.
But we do not pay attention to so many other formal procedures that are shamelessly trampled on,
leaving our democratic quality and the credibility of the rule of law up to the bit
.
