The Zheergen Band has 6 members, 5 of whom are visually impaired. The members of the band are busy at work during the day and meet for rehearsals at night. They express themselves by singing and gain happiness in music.
In 2011, Chen Changhai, who entered the blind massage class of Guizhou Shenghua Vocational College, met Yang Zhi, who also loves music in the same class. They often sang together after class and they had the idea of forming a band.
In order to form a band, Chen Changhai overcame his vision barrier and learned a musical instrument.

So I played music with him and formed a band together.

【Explanation】Through hard work and constant running-in, Chen Changhai formed a band with the help of school teachers, and has performed in the school for a long time.
Three years of band time on campus made them feel a different life, but after graduation, the members went to various places to find jobs, which fixed the band in 2014.
Life continued, but Chen Changhai could not let go of music, and spent two years planning and accumulating.
In 2016, Chen Changhai planned to open a massage parlor for the blind, first to solve his own income problem, and then let the band rebuild.

Then I told them my ideas and they thought it was okay to do this.
They recognized me, felt that this thing could be done, and gave me a lot of confidence, making the road behind me feel smoother.

While working, he sang on the street, and at the same time, he actively contacted his music-loving partners.
After two years of hard work, the "Zhe Ergen" band returned in 2018.
Five people rehearsed in the massage room opened by Chen Changhai for nearly two years.

Everyone installed their own soundproof cotton and other equipment, and finally had a decent rehearsal room with a new member.
