After arriving at the scene, it was discovered that a 40-year-old woman was soaked under the embankment of the Tuojiang River, floating about 8 meters vertically from the bank. The firefighters immediately used the trees on the shore to erect fulcrums, put on water rescue equipment, and contacted the river cruiser for assistance. The firefighter descended to the woman's falling position by overhanging the seat. Due to the river water soaking, the woman became weak and confused. Then the second firefighter descended to the trapped woman to assist in the rescue. Firefighters put on life jackets and tied the rescue rope to the woman to ensure that the woman would not be washed away by the flood.
Under the premise of ensuring safety, the firefighters worked together to lift the trapped woman onto the river cruiser, and drove to the pedestrian step ladder 200 meters downstream. The rest of the firefighters were ready to rescue the water area with a single frame to meet. , The six people worked together to carry the trapped woman into an ambulance.
