[Explanation] On August 1, the National Health Commission announced that it had established a nucleic acid testing support team of about 60 people in the Mainland, which had recently arrived in Hong Kong. On August 2, seven "advance teams" from the mainland nucleic acid testing support team arrived in Hong Kong to support the fight against the epidemic and assist in laboratory work. For the selfless help of the mainland support team, Hong Kong citizens have expressed their support. Outside the Asian Expo Pavilion of the "Hong Kong Square Cabin Hospital" and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Hong Kong citizens waved the national flag and the Hong Kong regional flag, raised the banner "Thank the motherland for the care and support of Hong Kong", and played the song "Me and My motherland".

Many Hong Kong citizens expressed their warm welcome to medical staff from the Mainland to come to Hong Kong to help Hong Kong fight the epidemic. Hong Kong citizens would like to thank the doctors of the motherland for supporting Hong Kong, thank all medical staff, and wish the medical staff safety.

In fact, I support the (Mainland Support Team), because the mainland may have seen that the Hong Kong government has insufficient resources or some shortages, and it may be a good thing for mainland personnel to support it. The personnel sent from the mainland to Hong Kong are all people who have been to Wuhan and have done relevant anti-epidemic work. They are all considered to have sent a team of the best people to help Hong Kong. I think they are all good things.

[Concurrent] Hong Kong citizen Mr. Liu

Thank them (Mainland Support Team) for coming to Hong Kong. They are all Chinese. So come to help us, thank you.

  [Concurrent] Hong Kong citizen Jack

I support the (Mainland Support Team) to help Hong Kong citizens, because this is humanitarian assistance, so I support it. Because the whole world is worried about new coronary pneumonia, I think all places should help each other.

[Concurrent] Hong Kong citizen Ms. Lin

This is all a good thing. We (Hong Kong) need more local testing, and some help from countries can help Hong Kong. Hong Kong is small and densely populated, so even many professionals are not enough.

[Concurrent] Hong Kong citizen Ms. Liu

I should be very grateful to them (Mainland Support Team). They have paid so much for Hong Kong, which is very good. They are very selfless and give so much.
